There's not a lot to this one. Not surprising, since Overlord is fairly short and not particularly dialogue-heavy. Most of the cuts seem like the result of them tweaking the level designs. Now that I'm done with the DLC, back to the main game material...

So...did they see it too in the end?
We'll never know, as that would have required them to actually record new squadmate dialogue for a DLC.

Just to add to its file size?

Why would anyone in their sane mind put unused material in downloadable content...?
Just to add to its file size?
Uh, this happens all the time, and it's not just audio files. It's often easier to just leave stuff in and just not have it play or otherwise make it inaccessible in normal gameplay.

Besides, if they didn't leave the unused stuff in how would didymos be able to learn about it and then let the rest of us know about it?

Was there also Dialogue for Male Shepard during the last part?
Yes. I'll usually note if it's Femshep-only. I just use Femshep for a few reasons:
a. I generally prefer Hale, and since I play through and try everything I can to trigger these lines, I'm gonna go with the VA I like listening to most of the time.
b. For some reason, they tend to leave more Femshep dialogue in the files. For instance, the same-sex romance stuff in Lair was Femshep-only.
c. Sometimes, Femshep gets her own variant, female-specific dialogue, but Hale will have recorded the MShep versions of the lines. An example being flirting with Hock during Kasumi's mission. For, MShep that's a completely different paragon option, but the female version of that dialogue also exists. Normally, I don't include duplicate stuff like this (i.e. the MShep dialogue) but cases like this are an exception to that.
d. The rest of the time, the actual wording of the dialogue is identical for both sexes, and I just plain don't want to deal with getting a bunch more screencaps for MShep, in addition to editing all his lines together as well. Especially not in the cases where I've actually reconstructed conversations (well, as best I could anyway). Nor in the cases where I've used save editor tricks to get video of normally inaccessible gameplay.

I think i bought tali and garrus. Or it might have been Kasumi instead of Tali.

None of them have any new dialogue in Overlord (that made it in anyway). Anything you hear is out of 'em is just their standard combat soundset.
