Is there any file for this hair or whatever I can use to apply to a head morph or is it bound to her head model?

I'm pretty sure it's part of her overall model. I do not think there is a morph for her.

If you look at her models in the model browser, you will see that the hair is in two parts....part of it is attached to her head model and part to the body model. It is really not feasible to do that for regular character models.

I've tried to use her head model as a morph for my character along with a few other monster heads and it doesn't seem to work

There is one on DA nexus now, but it's in an entire pack.

It's here for human and elf females. The only downside being it doesn't include the lower parts of the hair that cover the breasts, since that's just a texture on the Lady (painted on).
