"That code has already been used, and cannot be redeemed again." is what i was told after trying to redeem the 'feral wolf charm' in-game item that i got by pre-ordering the game. this message popped up the first time i put in the code, i did not try multiple times. its not a very big deal but i would like to know why, as i managed to redeem the 'blood dragon armor' and 'shale' content packs just fine.

I cannot redeem my Shale content, and it has the same messages. Though I could redeem the blood armour.

Solved: as soon as I manually started the Dragon Age dlc Service, it began the download from within the game. Still dont know why the "already used" mesaage, but I got it, and that's what matters

did you buy your game from Gamestop? their employees have a habit of opening games and stealing codes

i have this problem as well, every other dlc worked fine except for the wolf charm

i'm not sure what you mean by 'entitled to your account' but it still showed the same message "Unable to redeem code. That code has already been used, and cannot be redeemed again." and i still don't have my item.

He means check your online account/profile on this site on the link he provided to check if Feral Wolf is already registered to your account or not.

ok, theres an 'unrecognised item' along with all my other bonus items which show up correctly. i guess that must be the feral wolf charm.

i'm not sure what you mean by 'entitled to your account' but it still showed the same message "Unable to redeem code. That code has already been used, and cannot be redeemed again." and i still don't have my item.

HI Guys

Ok I could finally Download my Blood Armour, however the Stone prisoner cant be downloaded although it does show up as registered in my Bioware Profile ? However Ingame I can see Wardens Keep and Blood Armour but no Stone Prisoner ?

Also My Achievements are being tracked from my USA Profile but the Bioware Site is showing my UK Character ? (Ps3)

the same thing. Installing the game, creating account, and entering code for bonus : code already been used ...

Unable to redeem code.

That code has already been used, and cannot be redeemed again. i downoaded the dlc without logging on to the cerberus sorry bull***T net work now after i logged into cerberus, the dlc i that i download for the game i legitimatly bought wont work. i see the above error apear.

You are ranting in an old Dragon Age Thread, while the DLC you mention having problems with is for Mass Effect 2. You'll have better luck in the Mass Effect 2 forums.



However, be sure and check the Registered Game Promotions page for the DLC you have already redeemed.

i had to format my pc and tryed to download the colector's edition game promotion again using the redeem codes again and the msg "That code has already been used, and cannot be redeemed again." pop up. these codes are already in my profile. how can i get my stuff again?

i have saved my character in a pen drive but i can't use it cos i have to download the golem and the solder's peak again.

can sb help me??

all the redeem code work and everithing exept can not dowload the shale warior it required version 1.0
