I'm trying to buy a lithograph from the bioware store, and I want it shipped to Germany. It's already told me it will be $13 for shipping, but when I go to create a shipping address it tells me I have to enter a value for State/Province - except only states are listed, and I'm not on a US Army base.
How can I create a shipping address? Is it always broken like this?

It should change from the drop-down menu to a regular text box when you change the country, I think, at which point you can go back and manually enter the region. Does it not do that? It's possible it might not happen if you don't have Javascript enabled.

It seems like the problem was with Chrome (the Java script was enabled) so I just switched to Firefox and it all worked out. Nevertheless, thanks a lot for your help!

Good to hear! I guess trying a different browser is one of those things that could go in a FAQ...
