3DS max to da tool then what?!

I justed created custom item from 3DS max and exported to DA tool (by using eshme's tool) but here is where I got stuck and give me bloody headache. I want this custom item to be in my single player and I am reading tutorial made by weriKK (http://social.biowar.../5339/blog/576/). I can't figure out where to start? Do I start from the top to bottom or have I already covered some part partialy from 3DS max and start from at certain point based from weriKK's tutorial?
Can any wardens help me out PLZ~~~ Posted Image

after exporting your item you have to edit the itemvariations.2da and create a m2da - that's the nice way :D

details about exporting can be found here. how to add variations is explained here.
