At end of fade in the tower, Sloth Demon's Sanctum. Looking up, looking for the city maybe, mophed to a few forms. Seems like I'm missing something? Touched seems like everything. If so, what? How to get out? 

I killed the sloth at edge of the area. Was there somthing he leaves to get? Nothing found. 

Is there a bug or am I just blind?

Killing the Sloth Demon itself should automatically trigger the final cinematic of the Fade. If you've killed him and nothing's happening, it sounds like a random glitch. Sorry.

After you kill the last boss you should talk to the human mage.
