i think for mass effect bioware could learn some things with dragon age for the missions.
a system where you have to recruit the races to help him and a system where you pick a leader in the races will be perfect for mass effect 3 ( like in dragon age : elves or the wolves , ect ) .
With this system you can recruit more people for the squad, like one champion of each race to represent them.



But i still dream in a team for mass effect with liara and aria , the best characters mass effect 1/2 have IMO
