Hi all,
I've just bought the Liar of the Shadow Broker DLC but I cannot play it because I can't log into Cerberus Network. When trying to login Mass Effect 2 keeps saying the my account is invalid.
Tried the EA costumer support twice but they didn't find the cause nor resolve my problem. Have you guys experienced something like this?
One they yhe cerberus network is working fine, I disable the auto-login and then I can no longer connect to it. In between this happenings I also updated my EA account details (witch have the same login and password from this bioware account).
Any help is appreciated. Thanks you all.

Go to your 'Player-profile' page and see if you have more than one profile. EA account support will NOT be able to remove a profile but they can transfer all your registrations over onto one account.

This player profile page is located where? Ea site? Bioware? In game?

Nevermind 'Player-profile' is a game function of DA:O but I see you don't have that game... MY bad.
When you say you updated your account... you did not change your user name/ log in, correct?

No, this didn't changed. I've just added Mass Effect 2 to the list of owned games in my EA Account.
