Hi there, don't know if this is a repost and sorry if it is but i couldn't find any post concerning this issue. I got a platinum edition from Dragon Age origins recently and noticed that it said on the case that i should have free DLC content(blood dragon armour and the stone prisoner). I looked tru the manual and the mini manual ps3 and even on the cd and on the case of course and no codes seems to be found anywhere.
I was wondering if i need to register to get them and if so where? tryed already and didnt got nothing as of yet.

...I think the codes should be on the card the tells you about the Blood Dragon Armor and the Stone Prisoner dlc. But I think the codes might have expired due to the game being out for a while. Also, if you bought it used then the codes might have been activated already, like mine. Also I think you meant Dragon Age Ultimate Edition, not platinum.

it says platinum normal platinum box and everything. no card here and as for the expiration date it says even on the back of the box(under the information about free DLC content inside) the following:
"One time use code available with full retail purchase. Expires july 30, 2011."

Since i was amazed by the awesome Mass effect 2 i decided to bought today the platinum version of DAO, and at the back of the case it says- "free downloadable content inside: the stone prisoner unlockable bonus quest and unlockable character, shale" it also mentions the blood dragon armour. below says

lol ea support forum isnt letting me enter... i put the login and pw and just refreshes page. tryed to change pw to make sure i had right login and it doesnt change this situation.

When i buy dragon age origins the dlc was already in the case.
I think when you buy it was not put in the case. By me it was by the manual book because the dlc codes where on different papers but by the manual (cant miss it) or the shop owner forget the the dlc cards to put in or it was sold out maybe its good to go back to the shop and ask that you not got the dlc with the game. The codes cant be expired because i buy the game a few weeks ago and the codes worked fine on the game box its says that it expired on somewhere in 2010 but i have use it and it worked.

lol those dlc codes have expired AGES AGO. They do not include them anymore. You have to buy it on PSN now

I have the same problem. purchased the Platinum edition. Sayes (FREE DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT INSIDE) Stone prisoner and the blood dragon armor. but i guess that was a lie to make me buy the game. as there is no card with codes in the cover. the only code i found. was a 5 diggit Code for registering at EA. and that didnt get me any of the DLC`s. Ive been looking on the web the entire day. not found a solution. just love how the devs arent bothered with customer support. The DLC codes expires july 30th 2011. So i guess i have some time. but im guessin i`ll be returning this game back and claiming my money as it seems there i no help to get anywhere. Thanks allot BioWare. nice to know u depend on lies to sell stuff these days *tips my hat*.....in Disgust!

As said above, contact tech support. We can't really help you.
Though, I don't know why anyone would buy anything but the Ultimate Edition now which comes with all the DLC without the need for codes.
