Hi y'all.
Started in on this a while ago, and bit off MUCH more than I could chew. Now I'm starting off MUCH more slowly and gently, before I break out the 3dsmax again, with some custom tapestries (using Jaesun's tutorial, which is just lovely because it assumes absolutely nothing, giving a literal "click this now click this" step by step). Now, when I send this over to the PW I'm making it for, do I understand correctly that the .erf I used to export the placeables contains only the toolset blueprint instructions, and that I need to send placeables.2da and all mdb/dds along under separate cover?

The .erf contains the toolset instructions so that the tapestries are added to the palette, you are correct.
For the PW to use them they will need the .mdb and .dds files to insert into their own .hak files and they will need to add your tapestry information to their placeables.2da.
