Cerberus Loyalist vs. Anderson in ME3

I always liked Anderson, but after those events it confirmed all the reservations I had about him. I didn't think he would have to stones to do what was necessary for humanity. Teaming up with the Turians only compounded those fears. I hate to say it, but if given the opportunity I will have to kill him or allow him to be killed. The only thing that would stay my hand is the fear that it would destroy any hope of manipulating the Alliance to Cerberus's cause.

Anderson deserves to hang for what he did. But if he can be useful, he has to be used. He may even die a hero or something, for all I care.
TIM and cerberus are Terrorists without morals.
Anderson is a war hero who follows his principals.
Everyone goverment should hang the first one.

I'd hazard a guess that Zulu is talking about the fact that Anderson went to the Turians with the info he had on Cerberus and then the Turians attacked the Cerberus station with TIM on it.

He discovered information on key Cerberus bases and members and gave it to the Turian Ambassador to help co-ordinate an attack to bring them down.
The only reason he went to the Turians is because he knew that Cerberus had agents very high up in the Alliance who could stop his plans.
Gee, what a terrible man Anderson is. /sarcasm.
Obviously if you are pro-Cerberus what he did is bad, but for anyone who isn't he is a hero.

Yes, helping to cripple a terrorist organization does indeed deserve a hanging.Zulu_DFA wrote...

Regardless of your viewpoint on Cerberus, seeing as Cerberus is an enemy of the alliance, I don't see why Anderson should hang. Whatever the illusive man says, Cerberus is not humanity. Anderson made the right call.

Cerberus works for the Alliance. Top Alliance officials support the organisation with information and money to further Alliance goals. That is made obvious. The fact he had to go to a different government in order to hurt Cerberus is proof of this. How good is the Alliance is open for debate though. He is perfectly justified in taking down a corrupt government if he feels that way, but remember the seperation of Cerberus and the Alliance is only for deniability.darknoon5 wrote...

And they are not terrorists. Never have they tried to incite terror in a population. They dont blow up colonies or kill people to scare the population. Stop using that term to describe anybody doing something you disagree with, its a loaded word and its dangerous to do so.
