For those of us who made our Shepards loyal to Cerberus and TIM, what are your thoughts on Anderson after the attack he coordinated with the Turians against your comrades in arms? Do you still consider him an ally despite his actions, a useful pawn, or a obstacle which needs swift elimination?

I always liked Anderson, but after those events it confirmed all the reservations I had about him. I didn't think he would have to stones to do what was necessary for humanity. Teaming up with the Turians only compounded those fears. I hate to say it, but if given the opportunity I will have to kill him or allow him to be killed. The only thing that would stay my hand is the fear that it would destroy any hope of manipulating the Alliance to Cerberus's cause.

What did Anderson do? I don't recall him sending Turians after you... I'm assuming it isn't in ME2

Technically, I don't qualify for this discussion, but given the choice between Anderson and Cerberus, f*ck Cerberus. Anderson for the win.

@White_Buffalo94: It was in the most recent novel.

I will have to see if what he did in the novel really affects ME3. If it is relevant my pro cerberus shep will kill him if possible. My paragon shep will... oh wait you didn't ask what my paragon shep would do so I'm not going to go off topic like some people! lol

Anderson is going down in ME3Posted Image

Selling out Cerberues to the TuriansPosted Image made it a 100 times worse.  If it were STG or Asari Commandoes I would probably kill him half of the time.

But because he worked with the Turians I'm going to kill him everytime if Bioware lets mePosted Image

Im with Cerberus, but I personally have mixed feelings about Anderson. Can he be trusted? He lied to us just as much as TIM did.

I'm looking forward to betraying Andersaon in favour of Cerberus. Maybe not on my first playthrough but I would enjoy the opportunity.

Anderson deserves to hang for what he did. But if he can be useful, he has to be used. He may even die a hero or something, for all I care.

Yeah... you're kind of a malevolent person if you have a murder fetish for Udina.

TIM and cerberus are Terrorists without morals.
Anderson is a war hero who follows his  principals.

Everyone goverment should hang the first one.

I'd hazard a guess that Zulu is talking about the fact that Anderson went to the Turians with the info he had on Cerberus and then the Turians attacked the Cerberus station with TIM on it.

He discovered information on key Cerberus bases and members and gave it to the Turian Ambassador to help co-ordinate an attack to bring them down.

The only reason he went to the Turians is because he knew that Cerberus had agents very high up in the Alliance who could stop his plans.

Gee, what a terrible man Anderson is. /sarcasm.

Obviously if you are pro-Cerberus what he did is bad, but for anyone who isn't he is a hero.

I would save Anderson's life regardless of what he did. What can I say, I'm just an Anderson fanboy like that.

Is it ever explained how he discovered the information?

Maybe that Cerberus operative he is meeting with in the Shadow Broker videos.

Paul Grayson sent information to Kahlee Sanders and David Anderson. Read Retribution novel, if you want more details.

Yes, helping to cripple a terrorist organization does indeed deserve a hanging.

Regardless of your viewpoint on Cerberus, seeing as Cerberus is an enemy of the alliance, I don't see why Anderson should hang. Whatever the illusive man says, Cerberus is not humanity. Anderson made the right call.

But he has such pretty blue eyes :o why would he lie to us?

Cerberus doesn't seem to be too bothered about Shepard taking out their bases, so why would they get into a snit about Anderson?

Cerberus works for the Alliance. Top Alliance officials support the organisation with information and money to further Alliance goals. That is made obvious. The fact he had to go to a different government in order to hurt Cerberus is proof of this. How good is the Alliance is open for debate though. He is perfectly justified in taking down a corrupt government if he feels that way, but remember the seperation of Cerberus and the Alliance is only for deniability.

And they are not terrorists. Never have they tried to incite terror in a population. They dont blow up colonies or kill people to scare the population. Stop using that term to describe anybody doing something you disagree with, its a loaded word and its dangerous to do so.
