Last week i tried to purchase Bioware points in order to obtain the DLC for Mass Effect 2. I was forwarded to an error page at the end of the transaction when purchasing 1600 Bioware points. I made a second attempt with 800 points but the same error occured. When i checked my paypal account the funds for the purchase had been taken from my account but i still had no points even days later. I emailed EA customer support several days ago but i have not received a reply. I have also opened a dispute via pay pal.
Have not received Bioware points.

i am also in a similar situation, they have not responsed to my dispute which was opened since Feb 11th 2011

i have contacted EA via support.ea.com website and this was there response. message was send approx 9 hours ago

If you purchased BioWare points and have not received them, please PM me with your Incident ID. You will need to include the purchase date, amount of points and payment method.
