Gaider confirmed m/m so there at least one more LI for M!Hawke (my guess is Fenris). I find it unlikely they would have three options for those who play as M!Hawke and only two for LadyHawke players.

Excellent, Fem Hawke jugs look quite large even though the picture is half cutoff. Is there a slider for bustiness in the game? I was very concerned that Isabella was going to have bigger boobs than my character, so hopefully this isn't Varric being me... I mean a perv, and exaggerating.

It's not about religion, it's about class. Sure there's romance and sex scenes, but BioWare doesn't plan on making pornography. They make quality games, not smut. 

Nudity is NOT pornography. maybe in your world, not in mine.

I don't remember any Dev stating in concrete that there is a Male / Male option, or that there are 3 LI.

If i remember right, Mr.Gaider confirmed m/m romance in one of the threads, after someone cried how BioWare didn't confirm such and so how it likely wasn't in.

theres parents that are atheist who find nudity in game to be offensive its not about religion the parents who get angry at that stuff basically get angry cause they don't wanna admit their wrong or that its their fault for letting their young kid play a game they have no reason to be playing

Just nudity, no. But when there are naked people having sex on screen, that skirts pretty close. I don't know about you, but that's not something I especially need to see in my video games. There's no need for that, especially because in a video game that would just look really awkward. If that's something you desperately need to see, just google it. I'm sure there'll be something for you out there on the internet.
