For the same reason Morrigan put on a bra I suppose. 

/shrugs 

Seems silly to me especially given they all have unique bodies but whateves. Maybe it was overly difficult to give Isabela a strapless sexy black lacy bra and keep her thong. 

Though the fact that Merril and Fenris look so sad is a bit...hm...I hope there's an option *not* to have sexy times at that point.

Well, we know you can change your Hawke's appearance there. Other than that, you can get a mabari hound and other items.
