Her breasts are still out of proportion with the rest of her body. She's too skinny for that rack.

She's genetically modified to be the perfect woman, so yes, she does not have "average proportions". That said, it isn't even that bad.

No, her breasts aren't that bad. Hell, even her bum isn't THAT bad. What's bad is her horrendous ******. Seriously. I noticed it literally in the first scene she's in, when she's talking to the Illusive Man. That the artists felt the need to model a cleft between her legs is a tad troublesome. Let's just say that when it comes to BioWare's development teams, I've never had a tremendous amount of respect for the ME guys compared to the DA guys.

I think she's quite lovely... that picture made up my mind about whether to go for Fenris (God willing he be the M/M option) or Merrill for the Man Hawke I'm sure I'll get around to eventually. I'm... ashamed to admit it, but Isabela is at the bottom of my list in terms of companion attractiveness. Not that that's saying much, considering that she, Merrill, and Bethany all look like they came straight out of... well, a video game

Haha, that's so unfortunately true There's an acceptable amount of sexualization in fiction. Isabela's chest is enticing. Miranda's crotch is just silly.
