Sup.

I recently got one of the Joker hats from the store on Wednesday, and it just dawned on me the the only confirmation I got was from Paypal. Others who got the hat said they also got a confirmation from Bioware/Treehouse and an e-mail when they shipped on Friday, but I've received no such e-mails. I'm starting to wonder if I just donated $30 to you guys.

Anyone know whats going on? If anyone from Bioware needs my info to check, please message me, I'd rather not post it here.

:Edit: also, it seems I can't log into my store account. It keeps saying my e-mail isn't registered with the system.
:Edit2: Er...nevermind. I just got a notice from treehouse, they replied much faster then I expected. This topic is no longer needed

I have a similar problem. I just wanted to buy the Alternate Appearance Pack 2 but didn't have enough BioWare points. So I used the usual method to get some.



I got a confirmation from PayPal, but the status at https://masseffect2.points.bioware.com says it is pending. I have got enough money on my PayPal account.



After purchasing through PayPal my browser tried to reach the following site and it says "Server not available"

Please help me!

The guys on the points forum will hopefully be able to help you out - this subforum is for assistance for the Bioware Store only, which is a separate entity to Bioware's own points system.  I think they're normally pretty quick at sorting this stuff out.
