So a sibling dies no matter what? I thought you still had the option to save them but not take with you~

They barely used any skills. Just watching him go to town with basic attacks the entire video irritated me, lol.
Its early game, he probably had like 2 skills at the most.

Sadly not. If you are a mage, Beth dies. If you are a warrior or rogue, Carver dies.

One always dies. Now we know how they die.

Well that sucks. It's cool if I don't have the option to take either of them depending on my class but I didn't want them dying. A sibling's death will totally put a strain in the relationship between the remaining siblings.

I suspect that's the whole point

Which adds to the story and character interaction. I wouldn't be surprised if this is EXACTLY why a sibling death was put in the game.

I just wish I could have Carver die everytime. I hate his character model so much I can't stand to look at him.
Just constantly play warriors/rogues.
You'll never see him make it alive.
Though he doesn't look so bad to me..

The gameplay was nice. It looks like 2 Handed warrior still has a sense of weight to him. Not as much as in Origins but still. Also Hawke died in that gameplay... Twice. It seems theres still a challenge in this game. Which makes me extremely happy.
Sure, though in this case I suspect it was more about the person behind the controls.
