Maybe that was just cut from that particular footage, I'm sure I saw a vid with the ogre smashing Carver head forst into the ground two or three times?.

You know...Calian got killed by an Ogre early on in Origins, they could at least made the sibling death different instead of having her/him getting snapped in half and then the ogre throwing the body away with a big smile on his face.
