I'm a big fan of the Mass Effect series. I know you're busy working on all sorts of amazing things, but I thought I'd share some thoughts of mine re: Mass Effect 3.
Having the following would increase the enjoyment factor for me by many fold:
- Recognize the classes I've played in my previous games. If I finished ME1 + ME2 with a Vanguard, give me a little something something for playing ME3 as a Vanguard- nothing much, just a token of recognition that adds to the role playing aspect of the game. Maybe an extra skill point at the start of the game for my Vanguard abilities or a +1% experience for that character or something likethat.
- I don't know how you'd do it (maybe a hidden console during character imports/creation?), but I think it'd be pretty handy if you included some way of manipulating past decisions/outcomes. For instance, on my ME1 playthrough, I ran into the Kahoku/Cerberus glitch that kept the mission from showing up as completed, instead of having to replay the game, it'd be nice if I could just edit my imported save to show that I completed it. Especially since there are so many options/possibilities with the first two games, it'd be nice not to be forced to re-play ME2 just so I can play ME3 to see what happens if I did this instead of that
- Don't let the Shepards who endorsed all the stores in ME2 get away with it, give them some sort of political fall out or monetary repercussians.
That's all I got,
Thanks
