First time I played, I was a warden who hardened Alistair so he was all gung-ho about the throne, but then apparently couldn't marry my Dwarf Noble because I couldn't have a baby. I told him to go die in a fire, or I would have, if it were a conversation option. SO AGGRAVATING.
Your reasoning actually never occurred to me. My ambivilance towards children is extreme enough that I can't even RP a character who likes them -- too foreign a concept, haha!

You can tell from the trailers and such that DA2 is going to be awesome and it'll rival DA:O.

Ah. XD That's a bad excuse seeing as he'll marry a sterile female HN who he doesn't love. One of the few times I wanted to kick Alistair in the nads.
Aw..they're not to bad once you get past the drooling, and grubbiness and...okay animated children aren't bad.
