I'm pretty sure you can sleep with early pretty early on. She invites FemHawke to her room at the end of her (Isabella's) recruitment mission and I doubt the two of them were going to play cards. 

"Wise up" as in commit to a monogamous relationship. Isabela's little offer wll probably be one of my Hawke's trysts, but she's not going to stop taking pleasures when they come on the off-chance that her relationship with Isabela could be something more. Not that she'd even necessarily be interested in such a relationship with Isabela, unless their late-night "card games" became a regular thing

It's great to know more about the romance options, but now I wouldn't mind to read stories about Aveline, Varric and Sebastian...

Okay...not sure I get the logic but okay. 

Edit: Though thank you Dev team for putting in the extra work to give us the snippets. And thanks for revealing the LIs. Now if only we could get some hints about the story...

Did you read the story that accompanied this reveal? Pretty much the only thing he has in common with Alistair now is the taint and the potential to reduce his fangirls to tears of heartbroken woe by the end of the game. 

At your question, I did go back and read the snippet.  My first impression now is Anders is a complicated magic-using Alistar.  
I can definitely see the tear of fangirl tears though already begin to form.  

I was so totally unbelievably head over heels get out of my head and into my pants in love with Alastair:wub::wub:


I feel nothing for Anders.

And the more I think about it, the more I'm not too much into the options either.  /sigh Ah well....
