Redemption code for Cerberus Network not working

So I'm sitting here with a new game I really want to play but can't because of a stupid technical issue...

A second email prompted an acknowledgement of the problem as widespread ... Seriously just read the wiki for Mass Effect 1 story and dive in. Who knows when they'll get a fix. Mind you jumping in proves problematic too with the save file issues...
The game is mad good too, really struggling to not play it at the minute.

I joined the forums of EA and Bioware and I could see that many people had the same problem, but still follow some guidelines failed to activate the code that came with the game.
Please ask your attention to solve my problem.

Now, if you get a new code, and still get an error message, keep trying then new code. Had to do it about 4 times, due to the insanity going on with the PS Store and Welcome Back program, but it finally worked. Also, don't let EA tell you they can only help if you have scanner or digital camera, because that is both stupid and ignorant to assume everyone has one.
Oh, one last thing, tried calling EA first using three seperate phone numbers. None of them worked due to technical difficulties.

I got a new code from the EA Support and tried it. It said the same thing that my code is invalid and I tried for like 20 times now. Somebody help meMercer31 wrote...

I bought ME2 for the ps3 while the psn was out, and now when I'm trying to redeem my code, it gives me the same error.
I've been in contact with EA support and they gave me a 2nd code, just like you did, and it didnt work either.
lol.

Exactly the same problem. Got a new code from EA, downloaded the DLC (both from the psn store and from within the game) but the comic doesn't start. And everytime I restart the game it asks me if I wanna redeem the playstation promo code.
