Hello!  Lurker here, delurking upon hearing 'Once More, with Feeling' invoked.

I haven't played the demo yet, so the exact sequence of events here may be a little off.  Sorry it's not about Varric, but Aveline's the only one I know enough plot-facts about to write a musical number for.

I dunno, but I want to see Hawke star in a powerhouse rendition of 'We Are the Champions!'  Varric will wear awesome shades through the whole thing and be the keyboardist. Aveline, I could totally see her being the drummer. Fenris would want to be the lead guitarrist but Izzy would get there first, using her rogue skills to totally make him take bass instead.  Anders...totally in charge of special effects, I think. Merrill seems level headed, so she can try to direct the group as the stage manager, that way they don't get too out of line.

Oh man. I need to hear it so bad now. I had the original looping from Youtube most of the morning until Once More With Feeling took over. Friday can't get here fast enough!

As if I needed another reason to be excited about DA2, now the music is sounding even more inspired than I thought it would be.



Also while I know it won't happen I really really want that musical to happen now, thanks for the amazing contribution Corker! It fits perfectly with what I had in mind as well, each character singing in their own style and such.

Its in the Credits, on the demo. First song that plays. And at the very end of the credits (Like... twenty minutes of credits. Seriously), it says right there I'm Not Calling You A Liar (Varric's Theme) and credits Florence & Inon Zur. Its a really sad remix. At first I thought it was about Anders and his position in the story, but it seems to be Varric's song.

Unfortunately, I only have an Xbox360 and am unable to do a video edit for the computer, so everyone can see / hear. :/
