I got so flipping excited when I saw that the ladies' version of "Save the Nugs" shirt was back in the Bioware store. I really thought they were all sold out and weren't going to restock it, but the ability to purchase the female shirt is back. They're on sale for $16 dollars now. This is the closest thing to showing fandom for the DAO dwarves so naturally I wanted it! (I would have killed for a Legion of the Dead logo on a black shirt and have suggested it to them several times. That one was such a no-brainer.) If you had been eyeballing this shirt before, get it now before it disappears from their store again.

LOL. =D Naw, just overly excited. I was really disappointed when the shirt was gone (several months, I think!). The men shirt was always available this whole time, but it didn't have that cute V-neck style the female did! =p

My husband did come home and say, "OK, now you're getting that shirt, you do know that's a totally nerdy shirt and you can't say anything about my shirts now."

Not that it's all that interests me about Varric... but I would. I would smite that like the fist of an angry Maker. Varric is manly-adorable (and as Oghren says, just the right height for some fun). I don't think I'm alone in saying that a hot dwarf romance in DA III, or heck-- some DLC for II-- would be welcome.

Now I have to add this thread to the *spoiler warning* list. I know that isn't much of one, but I'm being especially anti-spoilers for DA2 for some reason. >.>

Oh and as I let the door hit me on the way out I'll just add that I've been showing off the demo to everyone I can tie to a chair long enough to let me, and Varric has gone down -very- well. General consensus is that even in the fairly short demo he stands out as an interesting character people want to get to know.

I think (at least for that song I linked) I'd have Varric as main vocals, Aveline on drums, Anders on keyboards/backing vocals, Merrill on bass (homage to a friend who's a tiny girl with a big bass), Fenris on lead guitar/backing vocals, Isabela on rhythm guitar....aaaand I'm thinking way too much about this and about a possible toolset and machinimas.... plus it's not exactly on topic, sorry   I'll behave.
