Just heard Varric talking to Aveline about how he is going to try romances and I instantly thought of this thread and those epic novels. =) The banter about Varric and Fenris playing Wicked Grace made me happy as well.

You posted exactly what I wanted to say on my return to this thread.

Varric and Isabela's chat about Hawke should you romance Merrill (or presumably, anyone) after going through the motions with Isabela for a while is also noteworthy. I was surprised it came up at all, and her flirting with Varric made me giggle.
