I've liked all the games that I've played by them, had no reason to doubt them.  Would have liked it to be a little more action-based anyway.

I meant the actor.

The mini series one iirc.

Aye, Alec Newman, I think the name is. I couldn't stand the movie one.

I was suspicious at first.  To this day I still feel burned by ME2.  But that's the first time Bioware really stumbled for me, so I kept tabs on DA2 and it's changes.  Most of my fears have been allayed, and I've seen a couple of pleasant suprises.  Overall, I'm optimistic

Nah, they kept the combat relatively similar and I don't have a problem with the new art. As long as the story remains great, I trust Bioware

Didn´t like him as Paul (or the miniseries for that matter), but I blame the writers for inverting his personality. It was boy who thinks and speaks as a man, not the other way around.

Can't say I was - I've been looking forward to a possible #2 ever since I finished the first one. :)

They would have to reallllllllly butcher this game to stop me from liking it. From what little I've seen so far my anticipation has only increased.

I'm a die hard Bioware loyalist. I have the utmost faith in them and their capabilities. So I never had a hint of skepticism.

I was never worried that DA2 wouldn't be enjoyable for me. I felt the changes were an attempt to resolve issues in DAO and the negativity about the game was preemptive. That being said, I probably have lower standards than others because I really like the setting and story; unless the game was a total mess I would likely enjoy it.

Call me a BioWare fanboy if you must, but I had faith in them from the beginning, and I have yet to be disappointed by any of the news. I may have been slightly sad about companion armor, but after replaying DAO, I have more useless armor than I know what to do with, so I am happy for the change.

Ever since I first saw the trailer for Mass Effect and went out to buy an Xbox 360 because of it I have had complete faith in Bioware. Not even the sub par Witch Hunt changed that.

At first I was a little hungry, but after I'd eaten the whole thing I was left feeling a bit bloated. Happy though.

People keep mentioning their disappointment about Hawke's name being preset. I'd like to point out it's exactly the same as DAO. You pick your first name, your last name is preset. The only difference here is, instead of being called something generic like "Warden" you get to hear the character's name ala Cousland.

On topic, I'm an Edmontonian and have a brand loyalty to Bioware like I have for no other company in any market, from toothpaste to TVs. They're my home team and they're the best in the biz. Never doubted them. I will note however, the early marketing for DA2 was excruciatingly bad. "Press a button and AWSUM happens!" should go away to the shadows forever. All the rage zombies have more or less disappeared though since the info blitz hit full steam and the awesome in-depth Laidlaw gameplay demo last week.

After awakening being pathetic in terms of bugs and content, adding the fact most of the DLC were awful, yes I was skeptical but after some months I can't wait :) but I expect the DLC/expansions for DA2 will be same as DA:O lol.

I'm still skeptical. Although more because of my mixed feelings about DA:O than due to the marketing of the sequel. So I applaud the decision to release a demo.

Nope, like other people have already said, Bioware has a pretty good track record.

Blizzard and Bethesda though is a whole different story.

I was upset about them ditching generic armor, but I got over it, without any complaint thread. I deserve a medal.

I was nervous, considering how long it took bioware to make Dragon Age 1 and the flaws dragon age 1 had. But i still had some faith in bioware. Though i also did with Lucas Arts with stFU2..... i'm never trusting them again. Bioware I still trust though

Bioware has given me so much entertainment over the years that I seem to completely trust them, because I never thought the game wouldn't be good, even when all the changes were announced.
