I played DA:O and DA:A on my old pro 360 from start to finish no problem. I get a new slim one and transfer all my data over to it and decide to play it again. I start it up and there's a new 4MB patch, I say okay then all of a sudden it can't read the disk now? How is that possible when it shows in the game tray it's DA:O and even my tag shows it was the latest game I played. What is going on now?
Disk unreadable now?

I had the same problem but was able to launch the game from my 'Game Library' or whatever it's called (it was already installed on the HDD). Good luck!

Something very similar has happened to me it seems. My DA:O and DA:A were working fine along with the DLC "the stone guardian" and "the blood dragon armor." However, recently when I tried loading my previous characters/starting a new character the game keeps telling me I do not have the correct DLC or what not. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the DLC as well as trying a totally new gamertag along with removing everything DA:O on my storage device and nothing has worked. I in effect can no longer play DA:O in any conceivable way. This is happening on my Xbox 360, 120GB Elite. No other games have any issue and when I tried installing the game it gets to about 7percent and says it can't read the disc, which has no visible markings on it to suggest it is unreadable. DA:A seems to be working fine and this problem seems to have arisen since the latest patch. Any help would be greatly appreciated and if anymore info is needed please message me, thank you.
