Shepard cribbing from Aragorn's speech to the Gondor/Rohan armies in Return of the King for the final battle against the Reapers was definitely, definitely the best part. Oops, sorry, that's part of the final Main Story DLC pack that hasn't come out yet. Spoilers, my bad.

*Spoiler Alert* My head nearly exploded when Shepard and Mecha-Bono had Saren 3.0 cornered after the chase scene through Parliament, and Zaeed shows up at the last second and saves them from 50 snipers with a boomerang.

I have a new favourite squaddie. For two years have I been hoping a Batarian would join Shepard's squad, and a Batarian teammate introduced in ME3 didn't disappoint me.

I'll say!  Bak'hala'kak is the best LI of all time.  Couldn't wait to make all my Sheps single again so he/she could get with dat spider face.  Have since written so many fanfics about eyeball licking.

I liked the ultimate paragon ending where shepard takes a bullet for Wrex, dies and then Wrex runs up to Harbringer, Rips of his Quads with his bare hands, thus crippling the reaper fleet, and then goes over to Shep as he dies:
"Wrex" "Shepard" *shep dies

Yeah I also liked how Bioware changed EA's name to BioEffect.

ME3 was awesome though...except the ending ;( . Watching everyone fight side by side .

Wrex/Grunt fighting off countless husks
Samara/Jack ripping apart geth like jedi's
Thane/kasumi shadowpunching/snapping knecks all over the place
Legion/Tali protecting each other due to reciprocated love for each other
Jacob/Miranda hiding because they are cerbs
Zaeed being a badass by himself throwing flame gernades everywhere

and having to watch Ash die in Sheps hands at the end...

Watching shep alone in an empty SR2 with the only other person on the ship joker piloting . The last 5 minutes where we watch Shep break down destroy his room and stare out into oblivion before they drift too far away to see anymore.

Then 5 days later time to play ME1 again!

I particular liked the section, similar to ME2s Joker bit, where you played as Mess Sergeant Gardner in a Cooking Mama-style minigame serving up such delicacies as Varren Meat Suprise and Thresher Maw Omelettes. And if you get it wrong, Harbinger possesses him, his eyes turn red and kills you with a cleaver.

My heart literally stopped when Shepard jumped off the top of the Citadel to plummet into a 100 foot drop.

I was very relieved when he landed in a conveniently placed haystack.

And Bak'hala'kak! He had the most moving romance scene. Especially when he took of both pairs of glasses to reveal that he was crying in four different places! That was so touching and emotional!

But nothing can compare with stood in front of a reaper, his new cape flowing in the wind, and then he took off his visor. Causing the reaper before him too implode from Garrus Vakarian exposure.

My favorite mission was the one where the Turian Councilor begged.

Turian Councilor: Shepard, Reapers are attacking Palaven, I need your help to save my homeworld!
Shepard:  Ahh, yes, Reapers.....
Turian Councilor: FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!


My ending was wicked.  The entire fleet of the Quarians, Humans, Turians, Asari, Salarians, and the Geth lured the Reapers into a trap and face stomped them.  It was even cooler than the cutscene where the armies of Krogan and Rachni dropped onto all the major homeworlds and decimated the husks the Reapers had put there.

Afterwards, Shepard, Tali, Garrus, Samara, Liara, Ashley, Joker, Chakwas, and Legion all go get drunk.

The galaxy is roughed up pretty bad, but all of the major species' homeworlds survive, the Reapers are extinct, and the rebuilding commences.  Shep retires with his little blue lady and has lots of little blue babies.

when shepard got killed halfway through and then we played as TIM the rest of the game, it was awesome. smoking while fighting reapers, that man can do it all!

I cried when Shepard had to kill his Indoctrinated Mother. I'd say that was a tie with the part when Shepard said his last goodbyes to the team before crashing to Normandy into the Charon Relay to destroy the Reaper cluster in the Sol system.

Remember when Udina was holding Shepard hostage with a gun against his head and Jack used biotics to curve the bullet around Shepard and blew Udina's brains out? That **** was metal.
Ooh ooh! Remember when Garrus was like "Shepard someone has to go back and get those blue prints. If I don't make it back... tell my sister... tell her that the angel is always over her and mom. No, no, just tell her I love her." Then he jumps down the elevator shaft and you get to play as him until that last stand thing against the endless waves of Indoctrinated? I cried when he died.
Then! Then the part when Wrex is fighting hand to hand against the rogue Rachni Queen and it's about it kill him but Grunt jumps from nowhere and drop elbows the Queen in the head while taking the hit for Wrex. Grunt flies through the air and hits the wall of the prothean ruins but the Queen is dead. Then when Wrex walks over to Grunt and is like "Hurt, boy?" and Grunt looks at the camera and the cut marks are exactly where Wrex's are and he says "They'll heal."

For all who bought the third mainstory dlc! I mean common, to reveal all was a dream of casey hudson and you play as him at the last part of the game arguing with ea to leave them more space to create games.
But the last two interrupts you cold chose were epic. The Paragon where Hudson told what he was thinking about EA and the Renegade where you just falcon punched one of the CEOs of EA. Not worth the 20 dollars but entertaining!

I loved when I punched again that annoying reporter. It was better when I punched Udina, but the best moment was when I punched the turian councilor.

After that, my FemShep picked an injured Garrus and led him back to the Normandy SR3 after defeating 4 reapers. I was tired of being ignored, so I let the galaxy deal with the rest of them

I was more fond of the love scene between Joker and EDI that you walk in on.

I went back to an earlier save just so I could take the renegade interrupt to film it. That extra cash helped out a LOT, and Joker is hilarious when angry.
