Game specific crash.The only time I crash ( and everytime) is trying to land on Haestrom to recruit Tali.I press land get a few seconds of loading & then crash.I've tried reverting back to previous saves & replaying back to this point but receive same results.

Is this the first full playthrough or did you playthrough once already with no problems?

Okay first a couple of things you can try. Do you have the latest Catalyst drivers for your card? Did you try downloading and installing Directx 9? Both of these may provide a quick fix. My other suggestion would be that you might have a defective install so you should uninstall and reinstall you won't lose your saves.



if none of this brings you joy then you can get a copy from the EA download manager using your CD key so you won;'t have to pay for it. This will run without a disc and may work if your copy is defective.



if you have tried all of this and still no dice then we'll look at other things.

latest drivers.I'll try dx9.My config from menu says dx10 or later(march 2009) but when i ran dxdiag it says dx11.Otherwise I guess its a corrupt install???

hey if I have to reinstall do I uninstall from game menu or windows control panel?

Yeah, I imagine Moondoggie is correct with the corrupt install.



Either of those should run the same un-installation program. Just make sure to look for the option to keep your save games.
