Is there any way at all to run multiple instances of the client? I can't seem to find info about this anywhere.
Multiple instances of client?

Can you be a little more specific as to what you're hoping to do and why?
If what you're trying to do involves connecting to a MP game, you'd certainly need different/unique product keys on each install/instance.

I'm talking about running two clients of NWN2 on the same machine. I hadn't thought about the product keys. Is it possible?

Using skywings client extension you can. I use it so i can be logged in while doing other things with actual game client, or perhaps so i can be on as a player and on as a DM at the same time. Its trimmed down and mainly focused on chat, but still very useful with a 2d map, player list and quite a few custom commands.
The game won't run itself again if it's already running, but i am sure there is some way to jury rig or virtualize it, or do them under separate logins.

I suppose you could using a VM. I can run the Mac OSX version at the same time I run the windows version in parallels.
