i got it. it is a lot of fun, though i have been getting irritated with the final boss on arcade mode.

Picked it up at midnight last night. So awesome. I switch my teams up in Arcade mode all the time, trying to get a feel for most of the characters. But my best team so far seems to be Dante, Super-Skrull and Morrigan. They're all just beasts in this game.

I tried it out last night (my friends managed to download an illegal copy ) and all I have to say is "meh". It's not as good as MvC2, the roster is sadly lacking and it just doesn't have the same feel as number 2 did.



I do have to say that Deadpool is totally worth trying this game out for, though. He's absolutely hilarious.

Anybody who uses the Health Bar as a weapon gets an automatic spot on my team and make sound effects while shooting his gun and does the moon walk. If only there was a character that does this.

I was dissapointed with the lack of characters so I haven't picked it up been waiting to hear more about it though.

At any other time you might've been right, but this time it wasn't me. It's too bad too; I put down five bucks for a pre-order on this piece of **** game and I could've saved it if I had a PS3 and was able to download the game to it like my friends did. That five bucks could've been beer money.

I am still waiting for my copy to come in the mail but I am so excited to play it. I mean I remember having so much fun with Marvel versus Capcom 2 in the arcades when I was a kid.

Having this game in my collection will be a gem, and yeah it doesn't have a big rooster but they are going to be releasing DLC's as well

But the hard thing that is going to be is chosing a third team member. As a kid I used Storm (my favorite X-men ever), Chun-li and B.B.hood (I thought when I choose her that she was adorable but then she pulled out the guns and my reaction was "O_O......I want to that again!")

The only thing I would rather wanted was Lady from Devil May Cry instead of Trish but then again have Trish, Lady and Dante in Marvel versus Capcom 3 maybe too much for the world.



And would the Mr.Negative shut-up.....sometimes you just need to ENJOY something

So you stated earlier that your issue with the game was it's roster.  That information has been on the internet for a while now.  Sounds like you were just too lazy to look it up prior to putting your 5 bucks down on a pre-order.  While the slight chances of you suffering liver cirrhosis makes me regret your decision somewhat, I do think you could've come to such conclusions without having to resort to piracy.
Next time you have 5 dollars to spare you should spend it on something that will make the world a better place such as tobacco and booze for your own personal use.

I wasn't taking issue with your opinion, rather I was just addressing your comment where it appeared you were getting indignant over losing 5 dollars from a pre-order due to information you could've easily have looked up yourself months ago.
Apparently you were just joking about that though.  It's hard for me to tell if someone is joking though when the joke itself lacks any real humor and just makes the person who told it sound whiny and obnoxious.

Next time you want to tell a joke, please try to incorporate some humor so we don't have this confusion to begin with.  Thanks.

I'm still going to get this game as I can't wait to make every wuss who uses Dante and Deadpool on Xbox live cry to their mommy but still, I hope we get some new characters via DLC at least.

Marvel had a say in which of it's characters got in, and since Venom isn't doing anything right now and hasn't been relevant for years they passed on adding him. I think they said there was some legal trouble getting Strider in (apparently he is co-owned by another company, was not aware of that) and to be honest I don't get why Megaman didn't get in.

I've been playing around with a few different teams. i really like iron man, dead pool and x-23, but the team i have been playing best with is Iron man, sentinel, and either akuma or super-skrull.

i have heard that they have 2 new characters that will be released before to long. i think one is Jill and the other is shuma-gorath( a tentacle creature.) i heard that they cut frank west out because his move caused lag, but that because they had him already animated and stuff, he is a highly likely character for DLC in the future.

Nothing, it's just going to be fun to beat down every player who uses him since he is apparently a popular choice.
