-Magi
-Human Noble
The City Elf playthrough is the one that I feel the most connections towards and is currently set up to tbe my canon version of how Thedas developed with my Warden. The Magi playthrough likewise also had an important impact on my attempts to play the game, but for the most part I'm more interested in using that one to see just how Thedas reacts to the fact that a Mage saved them all from another Blight. My Human Noble is the odd man out, however. It was across the board my least favorite playthrough, with a character so poorly balanced that it's a wonder I was able to beat the game at all. However, she's the only character who took the Dark Ritual and as such I feel the need to include her in my potential playthroughs of DA2. Had I finished either of my Dwarven playthroughs by now, they would have taken that spot. but because I'm a procrastinator, neither are even remotely close to being done in time for the next game. As such, my Noble gets the third and last import slot.

(Never made a female character, so can't tell...)

Hmm.. I am right to assume that female Human Magi also have the Amell name? Meaning it is the only origin that does not have a divide in surname for sexes?

No origin has a difference in surname by gender. Mage is the only origin with difference in surname, but that's on whether you're human or elf, not male or female.

If I roll a 2nd, it would likely be Dalish PC, sided with the templars, Anora sole ruler and Alistair remains in the Wardens, Harrowmont king, killed Connor. I am working on an Amell with a "drunk Alistair" ending, but not sure if I'll finish.

Oh hang on, yes. You are correct. For some reason I was thinking the default first names they are given as their last names... But that makes no sense... as Cousland is Cousland regardless and.. Yes, ehh... I said nothing.

That being said, I doubt your origin will affect things much. If anything, it'll be mentioned in passing. The important part is that you slew the archdemon, not where you came from.

I think it was the playthrough where I was best able to establish the mindset that led to the decisions she made, so it was my best RPing. Also, she's queen, so that's bound to have some (probably minimal) impact.
For my second, I'll import my Dwarf Commoner, a Dual-Wielding Rogue. He put Bhelen on the throne, preserved the anvil, sided with the mages, and freed the werewolves from their curse. He also romanced Leliana, put Alistair on the throne, and did the Dark Ritual with Morrigan. He did not kill the Architect, which will hopefully have an impact at some point down the road (DA 3 or 4?)
This was my first playthrough, so I feel somewhat attatched to it because of that. Also, due to a brief romance with Morrigan that did not go very far, he was able to choose the option to go with her through the portal at the end of Witch Hunt, which should make things more interesting.
And beyond that, I don't know.

Human Noble got the whole possibilities of King going. Dwarves can become Paragons... City Elf, sure, can be a Bann.. Choices. Choices.
-----
Also. Seems Dwarves are losing significantly in the poll right now.
Humans on the other hand...
49% Human (Noble).
27% Circle Mage.
18% Elf (City + Dalish).
5% Dwarf (Commoner + Noble).
1% Orlesian Warden.

Adeline Cousland-Theirin
Rogue/Duelist/Assassin
Grey Warden and Queen of Ferelden
Mostly a nice person with a little bit of an attitude.
Fell in with her fellow Grey Warden, Alistair Theirin, married him and became his Queen.
Slayed the Archdemon herself and took Morrigan's dark ritual.
I'll be playing probably two different Hawkes, both female.
Eirlyse Hawke
Rogue
Hoping to romance Fenris.
Nymue Hawke
Mage
Hoping to romance Anders.

Hmmm... I believe many of us play more than one play through. So it's difficult to answer which one. I have at least 16 completed save games taking spaces inside my document folder. Most of them have similar endings. The ones I highly treasure is my first few play through.
My first warden, a female Human Noble, had her parents murdered by Rendon Howe, had to break up with Alistair and alone with no one else matter in her life. She didn't even aware her brother is still alive. So, sacrificing herself is the best way to end the blight since Dark Ritual is not an option for her. The most dramatic moment and cause tears to my eyes was when she knocked Alistair out for trying to get into her way, took the blade herself and plunged it deep into the Archdemon's head. When it's over, she was lifeless in Alistair's arm with her eyes widely open.
I've never seen my player character dies in such way in any other games before.
I'm not sure whether her choices could makes any differences in DA2.
Maybe I'll just start without importing first. Beside, I have a score to settle with Varric. I'm going to torture him as much as I can in anyway possible for messing up my story.
Then and only then I'll probably start playing seriously.
