I haven't made a final decision yet, but I'm likely going to import my very first Warden and fan-favorite from my blogs (including a favorite of one of the highest level Bioware folks), Lacey the Mage. She is human, and she is obviously a mage . She pretty much did everything the 'good' way, she romanced Leliana and put Anora on the throne, taking the Mage boon. She saved the city in Awakenings and all the teammates survived the big fight. She is a highly successful Warden, her story is very worthy of importing .

A few different ones just to see how they affect DA2 - human noble, city elf, Dalish elf and human mage.

Well when I play a mage I'll import my mage...but for the others it's hard to say. Eventually, all of them, but I think my city elf and dwarf noble will be the first, then the dalish.

The Dalish Elf will definitely be my first one (probably the only one too, considering I liked that origin the most), though others might come into play eventually. It all depends on the replay-value of DA2.

If not the "borrowed" dalish elf, I'll most likely Import my dwarf.

Considering Its Boom, is the only one that leads to something good.

Since I've unfortunately deleted all my DAO saves, I will most likely start out with the standard DA2 beginnings. Then when it becomes more apparant what kind of effect imports will have, I might be talked into recreating my 2 main characters.

Human Noble Male SnS warrior (Templar/Champion)
No Love Interest, roleplayed as though he falls in love with Anora when meeting her, and ending up marrying her (hate that this is not really a possibility; Awakening allways reports the Warden as disappearing, which screws up this story)
Saved the mages in the tower
Saved Connor by killing the demon
Chose Bhelen as King of Orzammar, destroyed the Anvil
Killed the High Dragon, didn't defile the ashes
Convinced Zathrian to cure the werewolves
Spared Loghain, then asked Anora to spare Alistair
Did the Dark Ritual
Flemeth "killed"

Awakening: Sacrificed Amaranthine
Awakening: Sided with the Architect

Witch Hunt: Leaving Morrigan to go through the portal herself

This is my favorite playthrough apart from the Awakening ending with him just leaving Anora with no explanation. I would much prefer him returning to the throne beside her and living out their days hopefully providing an heir to the throne also.

Let Loghain sacrifice himself on the Archdemon.

Possible 3rd new game I have been pondering is Dwarf Noble Male (2handed warrior), who puts old hatreds aside with Bhelen in order to end the Blight, then commits the humans to help reclaim the lost Thaigs afterwards. Would be cool, and I like the dwarf noble origin.

Since I played a Circle Mage in nearly all my playthroughs, it will be one of my glorious mage heroes, that defeated the blight in my DA-World.

Which will perhaps help my Hawke-Mage. Some dialog like "oh, don't be so hard on this mage, Templer, remember that the Grey Warden who saved us all, was a mage, too." would be nice.

Normaly that means Alistair is King with Anora at his side, Harrowmont is king...or was king, the curse on the Dalish is lifted, the Circle is rebuild etc. 

I'm thinking of playing it through one more time, to get the foursome with Isabella, Zevran and Leliana just to see, if this is mentioned in DA2.

As for first import I think I take my Human Female Mage sinces the Hawke's are distant cousins to that origin.
