CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 6400+ 3.2ghz

4 GB OCZ 800mhz

ATI Radeon 4670 1gb

XP pro-64

I am hoping I can run on Med/High Settings, I handle Fallout 3 on very high, with only occasional lag in massive battles, but Fallout 3 was very well optimized, though since they have had dragon age for PC done for awhile perhaps they have let the pc team use the free time to make it nice ans slick

Too bad there's no demo coming out. I'd love to be able to see how my PC would handle this before I end up getting the 360 version. The last PC game I got was The Witcher, and the demo helped me decide to go ahead and get it cause it was still playable but at low settings.

The Witcher was hell on systems though, it really required alot of juice to play well.

I've got the exact min specs.. except with 2 7600 GTKO's on Sli..(I have no idea what that KO stands for.) My computer has always run games better than it should for some reason.. Overclocking is set on auto in my Bios.. I have no idea if that helps or not. So I'm only a little worried that my computer won't be able to handle it.  If it can't I guess that's what Christmas is all about.

 Recommended Specifications[/b]
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad 2.4Ghz Processor or equivalent
RAM: 4 GB (Vista) or 2 GB (XP)
Video: ATI 3850 512 MB or greater
NVIDIA 8800GTS 512 MB or greater
DVD ROM (Physical copy)
20 GB HD space

My computer:

AMD Turion dual Core 2.2 ghz,
ATI radeon 4570 512 MB
4 GB RAM
Windows Vista

I got some questions:
Now earlier, I did´nt see the quadcore recommendation and I´m starting to feel some anguish that I won´t be able to enjoy this game with my dual core computer.. Maybe I will have problems with framerate and other stuf.
Now, I have also had great plans on using the toolset to make mods, do you think I wil be fine with my computer?

What are your computer specs and have you got any info if the recommended settings must be met to really enjoy the game experience?

I feel so sad now.... I´ve really been looking forward to this...

AMD 64 x2 5400+
4gb ram
gts 250 1024mb

should'nt have any issues. i know i havent with any other recent games.

No, but I sacrifice a kitten every night to the Nug Lord to make it work.

AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition 3,2Ghz, AM3, 8MB

DDR3 1333MHz 4GB, CL9

HIS Radeon HD 5870 1GB GDDR5

If the game won't run perfectly with all setting at max I'll be surprised. Since my old PC refused to start, I suddenly was in need of a new rig. I guess the timing couldn't be any better with Dragon Age coming out soon.

AMD Phenom 8550 triple core 2,20Ghz, 6GB of RAM and ATI HD 4650, I'm pretty certain I'll be ok but you never know.

in one interview Mike Laidlaw or Ray stated that the time that one team spent on mapping console controls. another team spent on polishing the game. seing as the mapping took 6 months and it's been stated that the game has been "done" since mid 2008, i'll be expecting top notch optimization and polish. afterall that is part of their reputation.

my specs:
2.83GHz q9550 quadcore
4 GB *some decent ram*
Nvidia geforce 260 gtx
Win 7 RC build 7100

i'm hoping for "ridiculously high" and 4x AA and full AF and still some 25+ fps.

According to PcGamesHardware, a German magazine, the game won't require top-notch hardware to run smoothly. They stated that DAO was shown at the Gamescom in Cologne on a Core 2 Duo E6750 (2,66 GHz) with a 8800 GTS/512 MiB and 3 GB RAM running 1.680 x 1.050 (no FSAA/AF) fluidly.

Win XP

Geforce 9600GT 512MB

2gigs RAM, 666 or 667hz I can never remember

DualCore Althon 4600 clocked at 2.6ghz, though Im toning it down a bit soon

I wont have any problems running Med-High but Im looking at a new video card. While the 9600 isnt a 'performance' card its no slouch either, Im eyeing a 9800ish with 1gig ram but Id need a better PSU.

Alternatively SLI two 9600s, but I dont know exactly how much SLI would increase performance compared to a higher end card with double the ram.
