Just got Zevran, and would like to put some extra talent points into, oh, lock picking and the like so he can more properly be a partner to my mage. I have two of the +1 talent rogue/warrior tomes, so, how do I do this trick so that I can turn 2, into, say 8?

lol, just get the respec mod. There is no need to dupe items, that is just cheezy.
And if you are playing on console....go buy a pc copy.
