Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I want to DL the Alternate Appearance Pack 2 for the PC and I tried adding Bioware Points through PayPal. Everytime I get to the last page, it says that the website cannot be found and to reload later, but it still shows on both my Bioware and PayPal account that I've paid for the points. However, whenever I try to DL the pack, it still tells me I don't have any points in my account. I accidentally purchased points several times before realizing I was still getting charged for them despite not getting any. Is there a way to get refunds for all but one of the purchases, and to actually have that purchase go through? I've waited several days and still don't have any points. Thanks!

You can try ea live chat. I had the same problem and did this. It was fixed in a little over ten minutes.
