Could be. But what do you think that fly is doing there, all the way in the back sitting in the dwarfs soup?
The backstroke!

Heeeey the guy on the right behind the candles. He kind of looks like Alistair! (His haircut and colour are the same, anyway)
The bartender at The Hanged Man. Not Alistair.
While I disagree, I know where you're coming from. IMO Killzone 3's graphics look bland.killingsheep24 wrote...
Bad environments, looks really sparse and bland.
Still buying it, but can't believe people saying "omg looks amazing"

You didn't even let us get excited this time, and then miserable later as you crush our dreams!

The art might be considered bland or dull, but the graphics themselves are top notch.
As for da2. I don't really care about graphics as long as they are servicable. Sure, the prettier the better. But it's not a deal breaker for me.
Game like Killzone 3 and Gears of War do have incredibly detailed graphics, I just don't like their style. I prefer games which use color palettes which include more than grey brown and muzzleflash.Eclipse_9990 wrote...

A small request for the devs - if possible, could we get a screenshot from a Dx10.1 GPU? I remember a while back someone from the dev team said that Dx10 cards will also gain a few minor things over Dx9, but it seems from the blog that it's either Dx9 or Dx11 for the highest end PCs... :/

DX11 is backwards compatible, so by offering DX11 screenshots in part 2 they're showing you what the game will look like on DX10, of course not all the features of DX11 are available on DX10 but it'd give you a general idea of how it'll look like.

Ah, thanks for the answer!
Am I correct that tesselation is the biggest change between Dx10.1 and Dx11, and most basic lighting/shaders etc. should work and look similar?
