I recently bought a retail version of Dragon Age origins and inside it had two codes for the Stone Prisoner and the Blood Dragon Armor. I redeemed both codes and while both items appear in my game promotions, there isn't a download link. The items do not appear in the dowmloadable content section of the game startup screen although I am logged in my account.
Am I doing something wrong?

There has never been a download link for those DLCs - they were supposed to download and install automatically after logging in to an account which is entitled to them.
Have you tried the solutions written in the Redeemed DLC Unofficial Troubleshooting and FAQ (PC Only)?
If this link doesn't help there are more ideas in the tech support forum. The BioWare Online Store forum isn't the right place to post questions about DLCs.
