Wow those exaggerated breasts really are exaggerated.
Well duh.
I think that dragon was Flemeth too.
Though now I'm curious what Isabela looks like when she's exaggerated, if those watermelons are from unexaggerated gameplay.

I LOVE Lady Hawke's voice!! It's so elegant!
Bethany's and Carver's voices were pretty good too......
And the armor in the exaggerated sequence are gorgeous!!
I'm just wondering if those pieces of armor will be obtainable in the non-exaggerated parts......
Oh, and I found it interesting in the beginning when Varric said he doesn't know where Hawke is now. Makes me wonder if something happened before the party broke up that caused Hawke to go "missing." Hmmmm....

Good. Escort missions suck.

Not always. KH made escort missions fun as heck.
Escort missions only suck because certain developers make them suck.

I would have kept it as it is, not everyone's cut out for fighting. I would have assigned Carver to the Mom protection detail however.

Well I don't know if Duncan, mom cousland and the young cousland would have died anyway. That's rather speculation to me. And even if, a lot of Howes would have died first.
They would have. All of the Origins exist in the DAO universe no
matter which Origin you played. And the youngest Cousland always dies if
Duncan isn't there. And all Hawkes would have died if not for Flemeth and there was no way of knowing her kids could survive this.
If they really thought that, why didn't they just throw themselves into suicide? They clearly thought there was a chance. Less chance if you had to protect your mother.I am a guy, that's right, but I think even girls/women should at least know how to defend themselves if they get into the situation. Well that's just my opinion so let's not dwell on it, it leads us nowhere.
No. Let's. I mean, you took the time to mention it. So...you think...that "even" women should know how to fight? Like, it's a man's duty and of course they always know, they're men, but women should take the time to learn even though they're not really fighters.
I sort of doubt you know the first thing about using a sword. I really doubt you could hold your own against vicious monsters with swords when attacked. Even if you know how to fight off a mugger. This is not the same thing as being attacked by waves and waves of darkspawn.
Once again. She doesn't know how to fight. Even if she knows basics like breaking noses, she will still get in the way.
Well I am doing martial arts, and that includes some swordtechiques, but I am not really good at that. But even if I didn't know a first thing about how to use a sword I'd still grap it and try my best if I had no other choice. Another thing is that obviously no darkspawn are even interested in her. I mean a darkspawn could jump her while her kids are fighting. So what? They have to keep an eye on her while she is standing far away? Or is she somewhat close and still in the way? I mean I'd understand if they were going adventuring and didn't take her mom because she can't fight. But that's not a choice. She is there in the middle of battle already. And if she has no combat experience how does she know where to stand to not be in the way but at the same time be far enough? The problem that their mom is with them is already there, whether she fights or not.
umm.... you are thinking way too much.... and about Darkspawns not jumping to mamahawke.. well her childrens are protecting her right? we see that how Bethany and Hawke protected her, and also we have seen that she got exhausted from just running away, cant really expect her to suddenly dish out some martial arts right?
she will just get killed instantly and it is better for her childerns to protect her and she getting not close to the darkspwan. and even if she is in the middle of battle again, her childrens are protecting her,
and about you knowing how to use a sword and doing some martial arts I would guess you are an athletic person, so you might have energy left to fight, but for mamahawke she could not even run properly what good she would do if she goes attacking darkspawn? she would get killed in one second.

Even if you get the friends you are with killed with your incompetence? Yeah, great plan.
And, yes, they keep an eye on her, and she screams or runs away if they chase her. What's the alternative? She jumps right in? And, once again, gets in the way of her family and ends up getting them killed?

True someone should've been protecting her.
Or hell at least have the woman have a shield. The darkspawn ignoring the unarmed woman that's travelling with the armed group is just...dumb.

Well the difference is Lily is actually just a chantry gal. Leliana was a murderer before she got religion.
My point is--if you saw a woman in Chantry robes fighting and knew nothing about her but who she is dating, you'd assume she probably can't fight because she's a nun.
Lily could have been a murderer, too. We're told no different.

I was thinking about how some animals act in the wild. They have two options: Stand still and blend in and hope you don't get noticed, or try and run away, which tends to draw attention and almost always leads to something chasing after you.
Mama Hawke is like that. If she stands far away enough from the battle and doesn't move till the battle is over, she has a better chance of surviving. The Darkspawn will keep their attention on the people who are moving around and being more of a threat.

You should never be a general. Haven't you ever heard the term "a chain is only as strong as its weakest link"? The same rule applys here.

Darkspawns were never a smart-ass... lol anyway I think that without emmisary darkspawns are pretty dumb.
I mean the whole game mechanics can make anyone dumb with their taunt ability. anyway I persume that Hawke childerns are protecting her and Mama is good at running away and Darkspawns are being dumb as usual/
