From everything I've seen (that is very little), it looks that Aveline will be the breakout character of Dragon Age 2.

Aveline never really struck much of a chord with me before I saw this, but she just took a huge level in badass. I hope he makes a part three, so we can see the fates of Carver and Wesley.

I didn't see any darkspawn popping out of the ground a la Kocari Wilds.

I haven't watched the video. My willpower has thus far remained solid. My palms are already sweating about the demo next week. Should I get it or not? I think I'd prefer waiting but I am weak and it calls to me.

That said, I'm glad they're releasing a demo. It should stop this 'Dragon Age II is dumbed down' crap.

WHAT AM I SAYING? If anything, people will just find more stuff to complain about.

Yes. My personal fav was Minnie in KH2 though. "Light!" *everything around goes flying backwards*

I watched the video, but I've managed to avoid Saibh's breakdown of the PC Gamer review... the video didn't spoil much of anything for me, and I got to listen to Bethany () and Lady Hawke (:wub:). I could listen to them all day. I love them so much.

We also got to hear a good bit of Aveline. Love her voice too. Not in the same way as les femmes Hawkes, but I was surprised at how naturally it seemed to fit. It was as though, once hearing her, I couldn't remember ever imagining that she could sound different.

Tbh there were not many spoilers. Only that you could actually see in the game what you already knew. The 20 mins preview with Mike had much more spoilers. And it was way in the game and not just the start.

I dont understand why you don't try and soak up all the information about a game before release. I want to be as informed as possible as to my possible purchase.
