I just found out that Mass Effect 1/2 are available in Spanish.

Please, please, tell me this comes with appropriate voice-acting. It would mean I can play Mass Effect two ways: once properly, and once just laughing at the screen repeatedly.

(Also, Shepard better have a moustache. A really big one.)

There's no spanish dub sadly. Just subtitles.

It is a shame that you won't be able to play the game properly. Subtitles just don't do it justice.

:D

Also, Shepard will always look like Antonio Banderas and carry a guitar case full of guns.

OK, I admit I was thinking of Mexicans when I came up with the idea. As far as I know (which isn't very far) Mexicans speak Spanish.

I don't know how ignorant I am.

Don't worry dude, I wasn't offended or anything, as a matter of fact we stereotype Mexicans here too.Believe or not peninsular Spanish (Castilian) is quite diffrent from latin-american Spanish though.

My experience tells me that is quite a common misconcetion to think that Mexican = Spanish. I blame it on the souvenir stores in Spain selling mexican hats... <_<

Español aqui, señor, jaja.

Seriously though, I've been playing games in English a long time. Espanish VA-ing sucks. Plus, it helps a lot when it comes to develop your English fluidness.

Aunque sacaran una versión con voces en español, yo me seguiría comprando la inglesa. Jennifer Hale es demasiado buena.

Even if there were a Spanish voiced version of ME, I'd still buy the English version. Jennifer Hale is just too good.

LOL Dude you win the internets. Luckily I'm a trilingual American mutt so these threads always amuse me. Blame my Afro-Brazilian mother and Cuban-Italian pops.
