I'm like 90% sure the game will end this way.

The game will end in a big party, with everyone dancing and Varric singing "Livin' la vida loca"
And then during the credits we will watch the game's blooper reel

I suggested this on ME2 and for some reason, no one else agreed.
Someday... someday...

Seriously John, I have no idea why you aren't in charge of the company. You always come up with the best ideas. Clearly, the Doctors must be jealous.

Well, happily Obsidian tried that out with KOTOR2, and we all know how that worked out. Well, we don't since SWTOR's in the way, but let's just say that I hope it prevents anybody else from making that mistake.JohnEpler wrote...

Cassandra proceeds to drop her coffee mug, which shatters as we see "HAWKE" printed on the bottom. Outside, Varric stops limping and gets into a convinient boat pilotted by Isabella. He then disapears, saying "The greatest trick Bioware ever pulled on the BSN was to make people think they could predict the ending. And just like THAT, they're gone...Until [Insert DA2 dlc here] on sale [Insert marketing date here.]"

Just like Neverwinter Nights 2!
Villager - What happened to all your old buddies that you bounded with before the expansion?
Main Character - ****ing rocks killed them.
Villager - Like Magic rocks? Golems?
Main Character - No, just a lot of plain old rocks.
Villager - I heard that some of them are still alive.
Main Character - Yeah, but they never forgave me about the rocks so they refuse to help me save the world again.

Cassandra says, "I still need to find him/her. It's our last chance.."
Varrick responds:
- evil Hawke: "He/she doesn't want to be found. So good luck with that"
- good Hawke "What makes you think he/she isn't already out there doing what you want"
and we see Hawke doing what he/she does best fighting endless horde of darkspawn / some bigshot
roll credits and DA3 teaser

Well the people that made Divinity II: Ego Draconis took your idea, because thats more or less how it ended. One giant sucky cliffhanger, minus the song.

Okay, the last part probably won't happen, but it would really ****** everyone off.
It will ends like the surviving warden's:
"Not ones knows where she/he/ IT went, but her/his/ IT story won't end as of yet.." or something similar. ROFL
Next year is DA3: Be Quan or Die trying.
