I've played through Dragon Age many times ( enouh to get all the trophies and still more lol), so I'm already well aware of the rare occasional freezing.  This problem is new though. 

Because DA2 is launching soon I have wanted to go back through the game origins and awakening for one last hurray as it would be.  I'm pretty indecisive though and would get say, past lothering and decide I wanted soemthing different (class etc).  I did this about 6 times last week and then I noticed this lag.  

This lag is not typical too much going on lag either, yes, sometimes it will freeze as I enter battles (not freeze but it will lag freeze for about 10seconds three times in a row.  Then the game will be fine.  

This three lag sequence is also happening during dialoque scenes.  

I've never encountered this typ of sticking before yesterday, and I even deleted that character and started a new one and the same issue was occuring.  

Have I jsut created too many characters, or maybe used square to skip the dialogues too much?  My system is not over heating and my disc is not scratched or anything.  

Anyone else having this issue though?

I had left my machine off for a day and the CD out, started anew and still the freezing persisted.



So I deleted all file information and re-installed the game and DLCs. Freezing is gone.
