I've searched the forums for this topic, but have not seen anything for NWN2, so I'm sorry if there is another thread that asks this:
How do you add cooldown timers to abilities? Just for random specificity, if I wanted to restrict a warlock to using Eldritch Blast every 5 seconds, how would I add that cooldown?
Thank you for the help.

It's easily done for feats. Feat.2da has a column called CoolDown (expressed in seconds) that you can alter.
I'm pretty sure the UsesPerDay column then has to have a value; I know -1 works for infinite, but it might also be possible to use some finite number if you want a combination of cooldown and uses per day. It shouldn't be zero (obviously) or **** though.
For non-feat abilities (spells, items) implementation becomes trickier.
