How am i going to see if the game is worth buying when you are giving me 45 minutes and most will be video trailers?

45 mins is a huge amount of content for demo most game demos give 10-15 mins.

I am afraid i am not begging my friend, Bioware are trying to sell the game to people who have not decided so it's up to them to convince buyers.
 
I have never played a demo that is only 15 minutes long.

Then you havent played many demos.
Also what more do you want? Your getting a go at the combat and conversations... thats a good 99% of any bioware game. The rest being silly minigames.
With all the information, podcasts, blogs, previews and reviews to come, and now a demo asking for more just seems greedy.
If your still having so much trouble making your mind up with all that available then... well I dont know just wait to rent it or borrow it from a friend.

Am I the only one who doesn't like all these free items? I wanna find and earn my loot in the game; not start out with a pack full of epic items, even if it's books. Finding new items is a big part of the game, after all.

wew, had to get that vitriol off my chest. now, in 24+ hours we will be playing the demo of a game that will be incredible. then, for the next 2 weeks i will be blowing my money on any new games just so i can try to forget about waiting for DA2... lol



its funny, when games that are so incredible and high on the anticipation list come out, it probably helps other devs/publishers out in the 2 weeks leading up to their game because people buy stuff to forget theyre waiting, or at least i do.



i'll end up buying 2 or 3 games i really had no intent on buying just so i can try and make the 2 weeks go buy faster. yeah, i know thats very cartman of me, but, there it is...

I'm downloading the demo across three platforms. Granted I'll only be playing on the pc, but I want that additional XP boost badly.

Isn't the easiest solution to this common complaint just to not put the checkmark next to the DLC content you don't want in-game?

True. I liked toying around with the loot in some games, but many games I would just like to equip what I found in the world. Even if you download it, and you don't want it you can always trash it soon as game starts. I tried not to sell it because then I felt the starting gold boost I would get was silly.



I was the Razor cause it looks cool, other stuff meh, we will see.

I love how this number basically has to be achieved without the entire XBL Silver population. Which I would guess is substantial. Cool. =/
