The download will appear on the Xbox live marketplace during 12-2 am PST, meaning Pacific Standard Time. You need to calculate what time that will be in the UK respectively. It is not out at midnight in the UK, it will be later in the day.

PST is GMT - 8.

xbox gold is 8-10 am for GMT, 5 pm for PC.

Where is the demo? It is 7:13 AM 22 February in South Africa, and there is still no demo. I going to try it on pc since I have Dragon Age: Origins on PC.

Edit: Just saw the time it will come out. Have to just keep waiting.

Mate, just chill for a moment and think of those of us in Aus. It's 7:43PM on the 22nd over here.

But they've been very clear about when it will be released, nothing to do now but wait it out.

Lol they want over a million yet all the silver account users have to wait over a week to get it on X box. They seriously screw themselves with their crazy marketing half formed ill conceived ideas. This is so typical of these guys. Many will just play it on a friends gold enabled machine and not bother with the download, so much for getting free stuff. Yet again a large group of fans gets shat on by EA/BW its seriously getting NOT funny any more.

curse Microsoft, I purchased gold last month....did not buy it this month because I did not get my money's worthwhile I had it...the multiplayer games kept spazzing out on me. Not very fun at all.

Or perhaps Microsoft won't let them have it for Silver accounts on launch day. Because, I dunno, but Microsoft seems to be the only on profitting from it? What does EA/BW gain from locking it to silver accounts? Nothing. Therefore, Microsoft is the issue. Not that it will stop your trolling.

Well most demos are not automatically locked to a gold account. So I doubt that EA/BW were made to do anything by nasty old Microsoftinthehead. It usually means that they got a deal from MS to make it gold only. The mighty buck strikes again sadly and the customer comes 2nd if lucky.

You need to link to your account? so unless you change your ID for all DA2 when released not unless you want no achievement points for your own account..

No, even with a free trial for a new account I cannot download the demo...it is very annoying on that detail.



I do not know if I am the only person that is being affected by this free trial lock, but I cannot download the demo. The demo still says Gold Only. My free trial does not work.

Is it the 48 hour free trail? I heard that only allows for multiplayer games but restricts demo downloads.

I used the 1 month free trail that comes built-in with the xbox and the download worked just fine. Haven't had a chance to go play it yet though.

Also, does anyone know how linking an EA account with an xbox live account works? I downloaded the game with my gold trail, but my main account is a silver account. If I sign into my EA account with the gold trail will I still be able to do it with my silver account?
