Umm, this is a game, relax. These are not political figures. The same people that push back release dates and DLC. Relax this whole thing is a marketing ploy. Enjoy the Demo, buy the game, and be glad you were given something free for helping share your enjoyment of what Bioware has to offer...

i did post a video on youtube asking for others to download the demo (showing the page on the current number of downloads of the demo) i don't have many subscribers and not all of them even watch my videos, but hopefully it will get a few people to download.

I don't think the low total so far is only due to a lack of downloads. Keep in mind that for your download to be counted you have to login to your account from within the demo. A number of people can't even get the demo to load, so they aren't being counted yet.

I think again, we will get like 600, then after the silver folks can jump on maybe 650, 7. We will get probably one of the two items, maybe both if bioware feels nice.

Have none of you noticed that the 1M has to be achieved by March 1st?  Silver members cannot download the demo until the 1st.  Their downloads won't count.  Perhaps just the first day depending on the official contest end time.

That being said, We'll probably get the items regardless of the 1M mark.  They aren't going to create items and then not let anyone have them.  This isn't like a pre-order bonus that at least someone will get to use so the development cost is justified.  If they don't let us have them that is wasted development cost and marketing cost.

What cost? THe items just give xp and gold there is very little involved with them its not like weapons or armor and such.

do you have bootcamp on your Mac? If you have bootcamp and have installed windows on your Mac you should be able to download the PC demo to play.

i downloaded it on pc and xbox but didnt work on pc some sort of dlx or somink was missing i had right stuff on computer to play and i also put it on facebook lol i think we shoud get more tho if its going to be 1 million downloads lol

In the tech support forum for the demo there are fixes for the missing dx files. They just need to be reloaded.

Is there any sort of cut off date for this? I looked around and it only seems to say 1 mill, but no date. As long as the demo stays available and people want to preview the game before buying we could get our items at release, or a year after.

Are you people daft?! What do you not understand about Xbox Live Silver members not counting for the Call to Arms promotion. The promotion ends March 1st. Xbox Live Silver members do not have access to the demo until March 1st, one week after Gold.
