The counter doesn't count how many people actually played the demo but how many people pressed the link to download the demo, which lead to a lot of people spamming the link to increase it. In truth, we're probably under 500k people who played the demo itself and I'm not even sure it counts the people on the consoles.
What? Why would it do that? They said it counted the people with EA accounts who downloaded? How'd we find that out?
think Dave is wrong as they said they count people that connect to thier bioware accounts in game
