So, if you read the fine print, you have to have a REGISTERED COPY of the game by March 1. If the game doesn't come out until March 8, how the (*&^ are you supposed to register it?

No, the call to arms is over as of March 1st, any demo downloads after that aren't counted.
You have to have a registered copy of the game in order to claim the rewards.

Yes. The only reason you wouldn't get the Black Emporium and all its goodies is if you bought the game pre-owned.

Basically once the 1,000,000 is hit by March first, users with a registerd copy of the game( when it comes out) that finished the Demo while logged into thier account (by March first), when they install the game and download the DLC( such as the Black Emporium, the swoard & shield) the Books will be there too.

Was Nicholas Boulton always the voice actor for Hawke?  I can't find any of the early videos where they displayed his voice for the first time, but I don't remember it being this actor, and many people were complaining that he didn't sound "manly" enough.  While playing the demo, and expecting to hear that same voice, I was rather suprised to hear a familiar voice from Origins, who sounded like a generic Sean Bean (in a good way).

Look at "Your registered game promotions" under the "profile" tab through your avatar.  If you were logged in to your account while playing the demo, those items should show up on your content list and you'll be able to download them after you get the game.

Check your registered promotions page.  If it is there, you will get it.  There is no code.

The download rate has started to slow down it seems sadly. However, tomorrow is the start of the weekend, and I expect that we will reach the 1 million mark well before Sunday.

well, we are closing the 830k and around 6am US central (-6) we had about 720k which is roughly a 110k increase in 12 hours so if we keep this up we should reach the million in about 15 hours?
