Someone mentioned if the pre-orders from Steam would be getting the Black Emporium. The answer is no if you did not pre-order it by January 11 or 12th I forget what it was. If you did it after that date then no you would not be an original purchaser. An " Original Purchaser" is someone who pre-ordered the game, especualy if a pre-purchase by date was set. If for some reason you can preorder it now and still get it I will cancel my preorder right friggin now and get it through Steam asap! I don't think Steam had it at back then. I mean if there is a way to transfer my preorder to Steam so I can Download it at midnight then that would be awsome ! I dought it though.
Actually, an original purchaser is someone who buys the game brand new rather than used. The black emporium is included with new copies of the game. It's an incentive to get people to buy the game new rather than second hand.
The Preorder bonus from before Jan 12 was a free upgrade to the Signature Edition, which includes the Exiled Prince DLC and various other little goodies.
The PREORDER bonus that people can STILL get for preordering from now up to March 8th is: Lion of Orlais shield and the Fadeshear sword.
